Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return an item, you can do so within 30 days from when you received your order.
How to return an item:
- Contact us at support@virea.se and provide:Your name, Order number, Which product(s) you want to return
- We will send the return information to you via email.
- Pack the item well in the original packaging and send it back to us.
- Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding the shipping cost.
Return conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The return must be sent within 30 days of receipt.
You pay the return shipping cost (5€).
Refunds are made within 5–7 business days after we have received the return.
The shipping cost is not refunded.
Returns are not accepted for:
Used products – Our products are consumables, and therefore we cannot accept returns of used products.
Items without original packaging.
Products purchased during special campaigns where it is specifically stated that returns are not possible.
Return and refund
When we have received and approved your return, the refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are never refunded – neither the original shipping nor the return shipping. Each shipment costs 5€, which means that a total of 10€ is deducted on a return (5€ for shipping to you + 5€ for return shipping).
This applies even if you have shopped for over 40€ and received free shipping. Free shipping means we cover the shipping cost on purchases – but if you return an item, the actual shipping cost is included in the refund.
Example 1:
You buy for 80€ and get free shipping.
You return an item for 20€.
→ You get back 20€ minus 10€ in shipping costs = 10€ refund.
